Refund and Cancellation Policy

This website provides digital services and direct wallet cash-in processing.

1. FINAL SALE POLICY

All transactions are considered final and non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed and order processing has started.

We do not accept cancellations, reversals, or refunds for:

• Incorrect wallet/mobile numbers entered by the customer

• Customer errors in submitted details

• Change of mind after payment

• Delayed processing within stated processing time (30 minutes during 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM store hours)

2. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all details provided during checkout are accurate and complete.

By completing payment, the customer confirms:

• All entered information is correct

• They are authorized to make the transaction

• They understand this is a digital/service-based product

3. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are manually processed within 30 minutes during store hours (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM).

Processing time delays due to verification, network issues, or queue volume do not qualify for refunds.

4. COMPLETED TRANSACTIONS

Once a wallet cash-in or digital service has been successfully processed, it is considered fully delivered and completed, and cannot be reversed or refunded.

5. FRAUD & DISPUTES

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions

• Refuse service for abuse of the payment system

• Submit transaction evidence to payment providers in case of disputes or chargebacks
